Wade grew up in the Camden Haven area and completed her physiotherapy degree at Charles Sturt University in Port Macquarie. Wade has been involved in sports and fitness from a young age whether that be through local and representative soccer and futsal or involvement in her family’s gym. These experiences develop Wade’s passion for helping people of all ages improve and maintain their physical function and well-being. Wade enjoys working closely with people to figure out how best to assist them as an individual to live rich and fulfilling lives and has special interest areas in sporting injuries and chronic pain. Outside of physiotherapy, Wade plays for her local soccer club and enjoys Olympic weightlifting , surfing and travel.
