North Haven Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy is a physiotherapy practice located in the idyllic coastal suburb of North Haven on NSW’s mid north coast. Our physiotherapists have vast experience and utilise the most up to date, evidence based treatments to help you recover from pain and injury. All of our sessions are one on one so that we can devote our entire focus on you and your injury. All of our appointments are 40 minutes and we will be with you, in the room for that entire session to ensure you get the most effective treatment and advice possible. We provide physiotherapy services for the entire Camden Haven area including North Haven, Laurieton, West Haven, Lakewood, Kew, Kendall, Lake Cathie, Bonny Hills, Dunbogan and others.

Brendan is our principal physiotherapist at North Haven Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. He is a titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and a titled Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist with the Australian Physiotherapy association after completing his Master of Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy at Griffith University. He studied a Bachelor of Applied Science majoring in sport and exercise science at Western Sydney University followed by a Masters of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney. After graduating in 2010, Brendan has worked in private practice including starting and running his own clinic in Sydney for two and a half years. He has previously worked in high level sport including working with the NRL and Queensland Touch Football. Brendan has a strong interest in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy and is passionate about physiotherapy and helping people to move well and stay well.


syannSyann Allen- Physiotherapist

Qualifications- B Physiotherapy (Hons)- Charles Sturt University

Syann grew up in Parkes in Central West NSW. She initially completed a Bachelor of Pharmacy and worked as a Pharmacist in Parkes. Syann then realised her true calling was in Physiotherapy and thus completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (hons), through Charles Sturt University in Orange. Syann is also a qualified massage therapist and incorporates her hands on knowledge of massage therapy in her physiotherapy treatments.
Syann enjoys all types of fitness especially playing hockey, gym training and running. These interests increased her passion for physiotherapy and she enjoys ensuring athletes recover quickly from injury and return to the sporting field in a timely fashion.
Syann has chosen to begin her physiotherapy career in the Port Macquarie region and is looking forward to becoming an integral team member at New Haven Physiotherapy.
Outside of physiotherapy, Syann is looking forward to continuing to play hockey and enjoying an active lifestyle in a coastal setting.




willWill Hollmes- Physiotherapist

Qualifications- B Physiotherapy- James Cook University

Will was born in Cairns and completed his physiotherapy at James Cook University. Will was always involved in various representative sports throughout school and university and growing up in cairns gave Will a sense of adventure and love for the outdoors. On top of this Will has always been extremely passionate about living and encouraging people to remain active, live healthily and get the most out of life.
Will is passionate about private practice physiotherapy and has interest areas in sporting injuries, shoulder injury management and rehabilitation and getting people back to doing what they love and pain free. In his spare time Will enjoys to surf, explore and play music.
